program 6: regular prison stay
Sample plan of prisoner's day:- 9:00 - arrival to prison with payment for stay in hand
- 9:05 - assumption handcuffs on the hands and feet
- 9:06 - takeover of suitcases and personal items (e.g. wristwatch, mobile phone) and location in the deposit (storage room)
- 9:10 - clarify the rules in prison and giving a number for the prisoner
- 9:20 - reading the prisoner's rights, duties, rules in prison and elements of the day
- 9:25 - the prisoner signs the documents that he has read the rules, understands them and accepts them
- 9:20 - undressing
- 9:21 - learning how to fold clothes into cubes (multi-repetitions to achieve a perfect effect) and finally putting clothes in the deposit
- 9:40 - shower and/or enema
- 10:05 - release the prisoner's bed linen and take him to the cell to teach him to make the bed (multi-repetitions to achieve a perfect effect)
- 10:25 - sitting in a cell and waiting for what will happen
- 10:40 - learning three positions and speaking in prison with e.g. “electro-motivation” by cattle prod (multi-repetitions to achieve a perfect effect)
- 11:05 - training the march around the room in prison with e.g. riding crop (multi-repetitions to achieve a perfect effect)
- 11:45 - sitting in a cell and waiting for what will happen
- 12:00 - inspection in a prison cell, throwing everything away and ordering cleaning up and making the bed (multi-repetitions to achieve a perfect effect)
- 12:20 - sitting in a cell and waiting for what will happen
- 12:50 - checking the acquired knowledge of training
- 13:20 - punishment for mistakes (e.g. sitting on a penalty hedgehog)
- 13:35 - a small meal (and also time to use the phone if necessary)
- 14:05 - sitting in a hole in the ground as punishment for other offenses
- 15:30 - return to the prison cell and inspection, throwing everything away and ordering cleaning up - learning to make the bed (multi-repetitions to achieve a perfect effect)
- 15:50 - forced labor (e.g. scrubbing floors)
- 17:30 - preparing dinner (e.g. peeling potatoes)
- 18:00 - dinner (and also time to use the phone if necessary)

- 19:00 - time in isolation e.g. in solitary box for naughty prisoners or time in prison cell for good prisoners

- 22:00 - regular physical exercise in prison
- 22:30 - shower, washing bucket
- 22:40 - brushing teeth
- 22:45 - supper (and also time to use the phone if necessary)
