program 4: bondage and isolation
Sample plan of prisoner's day:- 9:00 - arrival to prison
- 9:05 - leaving luggage in the storage room, payment for stay
- 9:10 - clarify the rules in prison
- 9:20 - undressing and putting clothes in the deposit
- 9:25 - shower and/or enema
- 9:40 - putting in chains, giving a number
- 9:45 - learning three positions, marching, speaking
- 10:00 - interrogation in a standing strict bondage position
- 10:50 - waiting for the sentence in e.g hole in the ground
- 12:00 - announcement of the judgment
- 12:10 - one strict bondage position with additional practices according to preferences
- 14:00 - a small meal (and also time to use the phone if necessary)
- 14:30 - two strict bondage positions or one strict bondage position and time in isolation
- 18:00 - dinner (and also time to use the phone if necessary)
- 18:30 - time in isolation, e.g. in solitary box
- 20:00 - one strict bondage position with additional practices according to preferences
- 22:30 - shower, washing bucket
- 22:40 - brushing teeth
- 22:45 - supper (and also time to use the phone if necessary)
- 23:00 - the beginning of the curfew
