program 5: drill and routine
Sample plan of prisoner's day:- 9:00 - arrival to prison
- 9:05 - leaving luggage in the storage room, payment for stay
- 9:10 - clarify the rules in prison
- 9:20 - undressing
- 9:25 - learning how to fold clothes into cubes (multi-repetitions to achieve a perfect effect) and finally putting clothes in the deposit
- 9:45 - shower and/or enema
- 10:00 - putting in chains, giving a number
- 10:05 - learning three positions and speaking in prison with e.g. “electro-motivation” by cattle prod (multi-repetitions to achieve a perfect effect)
- 10:45 - training the march around the room in prison with e.g. riding crop (multi-repetitions to achieve a perfect effect)
- 11:30 - prisoner on a chain to the cell
- 12:00 - interrogation
- 12:40 - waiting for the sentence e.g. in hole in the ground
- 13:00 - announcement of the judgment
- 13:10 - checking the acquired knowledge of training
- 13:40 - punishment for mistakes
- 14:30 - a small meal (and also time to use the phone if necessary)
- 15:00 - inspection in a prison cell, throwing everything away and ordering cleaning up - learning to make the bed (multi-repetitions to achieve a perfect effect)
- 15:30 - punishment for slow learning
- 16:20 - walking and counting steps - march training
- 17:20 - punishment for mistakes
- 18:00 - dinner (and also time to use the phone if necessary)
- 18:30 - inspection in a prison cell, throwing everything away and ordering cleaning up (multi-repetitions to achieve a perfect effect)
- 19:00 - time in isolation e.g. in solitary box
- 20:30 - checking knowledge acquired throughout the day
- 21:30 - punishment for being insufficiently good
- 22:30 - shower, washing bucket
- 22:40 - brushing teeth
- 22:45 - supper (and also time to use the phone if necessary)
- 23:00 - the beginning of the curfew
