program 2: breaking psyche

This is a very advanced program because of all the activities that will be taken against you, will have to affect your mind. My goal is to break you, bring to tears, bring to the limits of endurance. I want to drag your passion and suffering of mind for as long as possible. This is for me the greatest pleasure, not just because I break you. Breaking you is the final step, but it is the road to it that will be the most interesting.

1. Isolation
Cut off from the outside world is going to give you the feeling that you're at my mercy. It clearly shows you that no one is able to help you. It will be just you, Me and the Officers. All what will happen depends only on us . You will helpless, defenceless, left alone and ignored.

2. Degradation, humiliation
Emotions caused by isolation will be the starting point to degrade you. You have assigned number and you are the number to me. I don't even need to humiliate you verbally, My strict attitude will be enough to make you feel small. Great to make feel even more worse is to deprive you of privileges. Thanks to them your stay in prison would look quite normal. So think then how it will look like your life in Warsaw Prison if I will deprive you of your basic rights.

3. Forced labour
It is permnamet part of breaking a prisoner. Hard work, the effects of which are not visible quickly. Struggling with tasks I put in front of you will require a huge focus for many hours. If you make a minimal mistake though, I will destroy what you have done so far and you will start from scratch. You have to be frustrated and angry - that is the emotion I want to achieve. You will internally revolt and at the same time you realize that you don't have any retreat, you just have to finish what you had started. You will be exhausted mentally, but also physically, as I always will make your task harder by putting you in chains, adding weights to your arms. In addition, I will be non-stop watching you, commentings your work, sometimes disturb you in painful way by example using cattle prod to make you work harder. Such pressure will be difficult for you to bear.

4. Other mind games
Besides hard work, I will introduce other elements affecting heavily on your mind. You'll be tired but you still have to be focused, on alert, attentive. If you make a mistake, you will be punished. It's a simple rule. I put these requirements to show you that you're not soo good as you think. On this occasion, I will destroy your male ego? Well, for me, another positive side effect of my actions.
In addition I will introduce other ways to torture your mind, not only by continuing need for concentration, but also by adding to your prison life annoying element, such as annoying sound. I guarantee that after such a mix you will be a prisoner begging on his knees for mercy. For such a miserable role I want to bring you to.

5. Corporal punishment elements
Breaking psyche is best accompanied with elements of corporal punishment. Frightening pain and the inevitability of punishment is a very good connection with tasks that I give you to do. Still you will constantly be aware that you are subject to control, but also that lack of satisfactory results of your work, you will be severely punished. None of your offense will remain unnoticed.
